1. Short Cinematic Highlight (Teaser) – Included in all proposals
This is a bite-sized teaser designed for social media—typically delivered in a vertical format, though we can provide a horizontal version if preferred. It’s around 15–30 seconds, with an option to upgrade to a 1-minute version. Perfect for a quick, emotional glimpse of the day
2.The Cinematic Highlight Film (4–9 minutes) – Included in all proposals
This is our signature piece and where most of our creative energy goes. Thoughtfully crafted with a strong emphasis on storytelling, this film features handpicked moments, speech overlays, sound design, intentional pacing, cinematic color grading, and licensed music. Every second is carefully curated, making this the most artistic and emotionally resonant film we deliver. We also offer an option for an extended version of this cinematic film — inquire us if that’s something you are interested in.
3.The Documentary Films – Optional Add-Ons
These are full-length, chronological edits of key events and serve a very different purpose from the cinematic highlight. They’re designed to preserve entire ceremonies or receptions as they unfolded, allowing you to relive them in real-time.While we clean up the footage, switch camera angles, and trim down empty moments or pauses, these films are not edited in a cinematic or stylized way.
To clarify: the term documentary here refers to a straightforward record of the event—not a Netflix-style documentary with advanced storytelling or production.
Here are the types of documentary films you can typically add:
3.1 Ceremony Documentary Film
Covers the full wedding ceremony—from the start of the processional to the end of the recessional.
Please note: this does not include the Baraat, groom welcome, or any pre-ceremony rituals.
See example here
3.2 Reception Documentary Film
Begins with the grand introductions (bride, groom, families, or wedding party) and continues through the full reception program—ending before the open dance floor.
See example here
3.3 Welcome Party / Sangeet Documentary Film
Covers the full program of the Sangeet or Welcome Party, including all performances, speeches, and any formal programming. We highly recommend having two cinematographers if you want to include this film.
4.Customized Films – Optional Add-Ons
If you don’t see anything you want above — ask us!
5. RAW Files – Optional Add-Ons
RAW footage refers to the original, unedited video and audio files captured during your wedding. The video files are recorded in a flat profile, a special setting that retains maximum detail in both shadows and highlights. This profile allows for greater flexibility in post-production, particularly in color grading—but it also means the footage will appear desaturated and low-contrast straight out of the camera (i.e., dull or washed out until professionally edited).
We understand that some clients may wish to have access to these RAW files. We do allow downloads upon request, but please note:
We intentionally keep full-length documentary films as an optional add-on to give couples more flexibility and control over their investment. Many of our clients prioritize cinematic storytelling, and by offering documentary edits separately, we’re able to make our cinematography collections more accessible while still providing the option for comprehensive coverage if desired. This approach allows you to customize your experience based on what matters most to you.
We completely understand the desire to relive every moment of your wedding day through a beautifully crafted film. But cinematic wedding films and long-form storytelling serve different purposes.Cinematic films are designed to be short, intentional, and emotionally compelling. Typically 4–9 minutes in length (or slightly longer for the extended version), they’re created to highlight the most meaningful, beautiful, and emotionally charged moments. We pair these moments with curated audio, music, and thoughtful pacing to tell a cohesive story that feels immersive and timeless. In terms of production: for every 8–10 hours we spend filming (on and off), only a small fraction—often less than 2% of all footage—is used in the final cinematic film, much like the editing process in major Hollywood productions.. That’s because the focus is not on including everything, but rather on selecting only what serves the emotional arc and visual narrative. Longer versions dilute that impact. They often require slower pacing, extended transitions, and filler content that doesn’t serve the story cinematically. This tends to make them feel more like documentation than a film meant to move you. That’s why we offer full-length documentary edits as a separate option—so you can have the best of both.
However, if you would like to get various snippets from the day shot cinematic style as a longer form of cinematic content, we can potentially look into creating a custom product for you.
It depends on what do you want to include and we usually discuss this during the discovery call with our clients. You can see basic pricing information for photography here and our clients tend to spend on our videography about 60-85% of what they spend on photography.
Music is a deeply personal aspect that we believe should remain in our hands. Every wedding possesses its own distinct ambiance, style, and rhythm. Our aim is to discover the ideal song that accentuates these remarkable elements. Certainly, if you have a particular favorite, feel free to share it with us, and we’ll explore the possibilities of incorporating it into the celebration!
We will be sending a questionaire or hop on a pre-wedding call with you guys to discuss/learn more about your music preferences.
One of our expert in-house lead cinematographers. Our lead cinematographers work exclusively for our company.
But that’s not all. We’re dedicated to making films that evoke a profound emotional response, touching the very core of your beings. Your personal preferences and visions are paramount to us. Whether it’s crafting a whimsical “Mockumentary” of your wedding day or creating a film that embodies the sheer essence of “epic,” we’re here to turn your emotional landscape into a cinematic masterpiece.
You can expect it to be in about 3-6 months. We would like to take time to ensure the highest quality of works that we deliver while we continue to build our portfolio. We try to get the short highlight (if included) out the earliest and we aim for within 2 weeks for that.
Everything is done in-house by our lead videographer who will also be shooting your wedding! Just like the response above, we take immense pride in our work and would never entrust your wedding footage to an external editing company. We handle the shooting, editing, and whole process ourselves, and we fully stand behind the final product!
Normally we don’t put the Baraat sequence and anything that happens before the starting of the wedding ceremony in the documentary edits but if you guys would like to add this, please inquire us about this.
We include footages from pre-wedding events in the cinematic highlight films. If you would also like to add these footages as documentary film, we will provide custom quote based on the length of the pre-wedding events.
If you add cinematography coverage for the Sangeet or Welcome Party but choose not to include the Sangeet Documentary Film, we will incorporate select highlights—such as dance performances and key moments—into your Cinematic Highlight Film.
However, please note:
That said, if you’d like to view the entire dance performances or other Sangeet segments, you will have access to the RAW footage—which includes all video and audio files from every camera (see the FAQ below for more on RAW footage access and requirements).
We try our best to get to know who are the important people in your lives and we will ask about this during the wedding timeline call. Knowing who are the most important people will help us focus on capturing the key people that you would like to feature. Will the beautiful ceremony and reception decor/details be featured in the film?
