Want to do nothing and let us pick photos and design everything for you? We can absolutely do that! Or if you want to pick some favorite photos and let us design, we can also definitely do that. We reserve the right to pick some other photos that we feel best to convey the story artistically.
Please use your online gallery to pick your favorites. Locate “Register to pick favorites” on the top right of the screen once you click on the gallery link we sent. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have troubling locating the favorite feature of the gallery.

If you would like to order Parent Albums that are not 6″ x 6″ albums, you can make a note in the comment section of the form about this. Alternatively, you can also submit another form for the parents album if the parent albums are different than main album (one is premium / one is standard, they have different cover options, they have different upgrades and etc..). Please note that you will have a chance to confirm everything you selected when you see the invoice.
After receiving the submitted form, we will be sending you an invoice. If you are purchasing albums after your wedding day, we will be asking you to sign another agreement but if you are purchasing albums at the time of booking or before the wedding day, your wedding photography contract will include a section about album design.
We will initiate the design process once we receive the payment and the signed agreement.
Please review the design and provide feedback to make small changes on each spread — we allow you to replace/add/remove photos from each spread while maintaining the story that the spread is currently telling. Please note that you can ask us to completely remove a spread from the design and you can also request for additional spreads during this phrase but there will be additional charges per new spread that we need to design during this phrase (please refer to the price sheet).
Each photo you see on the design is one spread (= 2 pages). Each spread should be clearly marked by the number in the gallery. Notice a pair of number below each photo on the left side, these numbers represent the page numbers / spread. For example 003-004 represents the second spread (page 3 and page 4).
Please provide all feedbacks by replying to our email. If you want to add/replace/remove photos, please refer to new photos by registering to pick favorites (if you have not already registered) and add these new photos you want to replace/add to this favorite gallery. (You will have to use your link to wedding galleries we sent to register to pick favorites) Please refer to these new photos you added in the favorite gallery using the number 1,2,3, … as well as a short description of the photo (please be sure to finalize adding photos to the favorite gallery before referencing them by number — as the favorite gallery is sorted by date/time of the photos) as shown in the favorite gallery when you navigate to the gallery. (you will have to click “View Favorites” to actually see the favorite gallery and see the photos that you pick)

For example, you would refer to the photo of the bride holding the bouquet in this favorite gallery as “#6 / photo of the bride holding a bouquet”
Please refer to the existing photos in the spreading by describing the photos (i.e. “the photo of me putting the dress on”) or using relative position (i.e. “the photo on the second row, first column on the left page”)
It’s very important that you refer to these photos to be added/removed/replaced using the above method as this will help us work a lot faster. If you do not follow these instructions, there will be a significant delay in updating the album. If you can’t see the relative position of each photo as number 1,2,3, … in the gallery, please email us.
After making changes according to your’ request, we will deliver the second design by incorporating feedback we gathered. You will have a chance to review the second design and provide feedbacks. Only feedbacks related to changes requested after reviewing the first design are allowed during this phrase (feedbacks that are not incorporated properly). We will not be taking any new requirement (new spread design) during this phrase.
After making changes according to your request during the previous phrase, you will have a chance to review the third/final design and approve the design by emailing us and typing the sentence “I approve the final design”. However, if you are not satisfied with the design, full refund minus processing fee of $300 will be provided.
After you approve the design, we will proceed to order the album! Sit back and relax! The album will be delivered in about 4 weeks from the time we place the order.
